However will definitely disable the stream/online focus functionality, similar as what I did with MS one drive. Looking forward to the new product woth the old name, assuming it will be seemless. and then I start looling if google drive is installed, which ofcourse isn't as it no longer exists, but rather "backup and sync" is installed. Now the new drive will be combining the stream app with the "backup and sync" app functionality and with that we're bacl to google drive again?Īlso on some systems it almost looks as if "backup and sync" isn't even running in the systray as the white icon almost isn't visible against the light gray color of the windows taskbar. I already had difficulties remembering how google drive was called nowadays: "backup and sync".
